EVALUATE
Measure, evaluate, and respond accordingly. Are you meeting your defined matrics, what are the gaps? How can the overall strategy implementation be imporoved?
KEEP TRACK OF YOUR BUDGET
Provision for and track the budget for each activity. As you continue to invest in the plan, measure your ROI's and keep an upper ceiling on the potential investment at risk
KNOW YOUR AUDIANCE
Who do you want your message to go to? What are the key demographics, where does your audience spend its time? What message resonates with your defined audience?
CALL TO ACTION
What action do you want your audience to take; every message must contain a relevant call to action which directly pertains to your overall objectives.
RE-STRATEGIZE
Plug all gaps in your strategy on an ongoing basis, figure out what is working, and redirect recourses to that workstream. Implement different tactics for the streams that are working.
